Clara M. Wesseln

	Clara M. Wesseln, age 85, of Pinckneyville, passed away Tuesday evening, February 19, 2002 at the Skilled Care Unit of Pinckneyville Community Hospital.
	Clara was born June 1, 1916 in Pinckneyville, the daughter of Frank and Ida (Feik) Wesseln.  Clara retired from the Pinckneyville Garment Factory after working there for many years.  Clara was a member of St. Bruno Catholic Church in Pinckneyville and a former member of the Catholic Daughters.  She was also a member of the ILGWU and a member of the Stitch and Chatter Quilting Club.
	Clara is survived by five brothers and sisters:  Irene Loos, Agnes Miller and John Wesseln and wife Dorothy, all of Pinckneyville, Ida E. Wesseln of Visalia, Calif. and James Wesseln and wife Barbara of Crest Hill, Ill.  She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers and sisters:   Florence Wesseln, Robert Wesseln, Mildred McDonald, Marie Mann and an infant sister, Edna Wesseln.
	Funeral mass was planned for Saturday, February 23 at 10 a.m. at St. Bruno Catholic Church in Pinckneyville with Father John Venegoni officiating.  Interment was in the St. Bruno Catholic Cemetery in Pinckneyville.
	Friends called at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home in Pinckneyville Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. and again on Saturday morning from 8 until 9:30 a.m.
	Memorials may be made to the St. Bruno Catholic Church and School Fund or the Alzheimer's Association.
	The Rosary was said at 9 a.m. Saturday morning at the funeral home.
